SHIPPING

Fözz studio is located in Iceland and ships worldwide with tracked shipping in eco-friendly packaging.

All orders are processed between 1-3 working days. Please be aware that Fözz is only run by one person, so order processing may vary.

Shipping rates:
Fözz offers flat rate shipping of 18$ USD (2.300ISK) per international order, and 7.88$ USD (1000ISK) per domestic order.

Fözz ships from Iceland with her local post office Icelandic Post. with a tracking number. Time of delivery varies between countries.

Fözz offers free pick-up at her studio in Hlemmur, 101 Reykjavík, Iceland. For further information of pick-up please contact info@fozzstudio.com

CURRENCY

Fözz Studio processes all payments in their local currency, Icelandic Króna, ISK.
To convert the currency, go to the currency selector at the bottom left of the page and select your location.

Customer are checked out using the most current exchange rates.

SIZING

Fözz relies on flat lay measurements for customers to see if the piece would fit them.

Fözz makes every piece by hand without using patterns, and bases every piece around her own body shape and size, therefore items do not always correspond to standard sizing scales. Please refer to the flat lay measurements before purchasing.

Most Fözz pieces are made with variable sizing in mind, meaning they could fit more than just one size.

All pieces have a good stretch to them unless stated otherwise.

RETURNS

Fözz pieces shipped domestically can be returned under the condition that the piece has not been worn, still has all tags intact and is in the condition it was sent. Pieces can only be returned within seven days after being received by buyer.

International orders may not be returned.

Made to order, sale, or custom pieces are all final sale.

CARING FOR YOUR FÖZZ PIECE

*Fözz uses a lot of second hand Icelandic wool in her pieces, and Icelandic wool rarely needs washing. Due to the structure of the fibers bacteria doesn’t stick to wool like it does to other fibers. Consider hanging your piece out in the fresh air before washing.

Handwash your garment with care in cold or lukewarm water. Use gentle detergent or woolwash if needed.

All pieces need to be flat dried to prevent stretching, and can not go in the dryer.

Please take care to not wring your piece after washing as it causes stretching.

To get the most water out of your piece Fözz recommends squeezing most of the water out (not wringing!), rolling it in a towel and squeeze again (or stepping on the rolled up towel to get even more water out), then lay your piece out to dry.

SUSTAINABILITY

All Fözz pieces are made exclusively using locally sourced second hand material, or ethically and/or locally sourced wool hand spun and plant dyed by Fözz.

All orders are shipped in eco-friendly biodegradable packaging.
