Shipping policy
Fözz can unfortunately not be responsible for packages once they have shipped. Once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier it is their responsibility. In the rare case of a lost/missing order Fözz can unfortunately not cover the cost or provide a refund.
If you are scared your order may have been lost in transit please contact me via email: info@fozzstudio.com with your tracking number.
If the package is returned from outside Iceland it will be sent out again with postage paid by customer, and can not be returned or cancelled. See Shipping policy or Return policy for further information
If orders get damaged during shipping please contact Fözz via email and we will figure it out. Cost depends on each case.
