Refund policy

ICELAND

• Fözz pieces shipped within Iceland can be returned under the condition that the piece has not been worn, still has all tags intact and is in the condition it was sent. Pieces can only be returned within seven days after being received by buyer.

EUROPEAN UNION

• A 14-day right of withdrawal from the day your package arrives.(Please note that custom, made-to-order knitwear pieces are exempt from standard returns). In the event that you exercise your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, you (the buyer) will be responsible for covering the direct costs of returning the physical goods to my studio in Iceland.
• Items must be returned in their original, un-worn, unwashed condition, free of any odors (like smoke or perfume), stains, or pet hair. All original store tags and labels must be attached and intact. While you are welcome to try on an item to check the fit, clothes that show signs of active wear beyond a simple try-on are subject to a diminished value deduction of up to 100%, meaning a refund may be denied.
  

• Digital producs: Because PDFs are delivered instantly and cannot be physically sent back, EU law allows me to exempt them from the 14-day withdrawal period. By purchasing a digital pattern you agree to waive the 14-day cooling-off period for that specific digital item.

Made to order, sale, sample sale, or custom pieces are all final sale.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS: PDF downloads are delivered immediately upon purchase, and can therefore not be refunded. All digital pattern sales are final.
